Reliable for garden essentials

This was my third time ordering from Brisks, I needed more Topsoil for some raised beds. Just like my previous orders (a couple of years ago I got some Decorative Gravel and a Fire Pit), the quality was consistent. It's good, dark topsoil, no large clumps or debris. Delivery was on time this time, which is always a plus. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting and it usually arrives without fuss. Their range of aggregates is pretty good too.

Quick delivery, decent paving

Got some Porcelain Paving slabs. Came quicker than expected. Packaging was good. Slabs look solid.

Good quality, delivery could improve

I ordered a 10-20mm Cotswold Stone Chippings bulk bag for a pathway project. The chippings themselves were exactly what I wanted, very consistent in size and color, which was great. The price was competitive too, especially with the bulk discount. However, the delivery took a bit longer than the estimated 3-5 days, arriving on the 7th day, which delayed my weekend plans. The driver was helpful though, placing it exactly where I asked. Overall, a solid product, but next time I'll factor in a longer delivery window.

Consistent quality, reliable delivery

I've ordered from Brisks a few times now, going back to when they were Aggregates Direct. This time I got a bulk bag of their 10-20mm Cotswold Stone Chippings, and it was just as good as the last. The quality is always spot on, and the delivery (took 4 days to reach Austin this time) is reliably on schedule, which is a big deal when you're planning landscaping work. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying elsewhere. Plus, their site is easy enough to navigate to find what you need.

Good quality but slow shipping

I ordered some Garden Chairs for our patio setup and while the chairs themselves are really nice and sturdy, they took a while to get here. The website said 3-5 days for delivery but it was closer to 8 or 9 days in the end. I had to follow up on it, which was a bit annoying. Customer service was helpful when I called, just wish the initial shipping estimate was more accurate. Still, happy with the chairs once they arrived, they look great.

Decent value for Artificial Grass

I was looking for some Artificial Grass and found Brisks had a good price compared to a few other sites I checked. I got a 4m x 3m roll. The checkout process was fairly straightforward, and I used a first-order discount code which helped shave a bit off the total. Delivery was free over a certain amount, so that was a bonus. The grass itself seems decent quality for the price I paid; it feels good underfoot. It felt like a worthwhile purchase for my budget.
